Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription.
Cancelling moves you to the Free plan at the end of your paid period. You keep your data and can export anytime.
No refunds; you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
Fair use
Ticked features have no set limit: use as much as your research needs.
We may review, limit, suspend, or close any account we suspect of abusive, automated, or otherwise improper use, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Plan changes
Plan prices and features may change at any time without prior notice, and the Free plan may change or be discontinued at any time.
Any change to a paid plan you already have takes effect at your next renewal, with any notice required by law, and your content always stays exportable.
