Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription.
Cancelling moves you to the Free plan at the end of your paid period. You keep your data and can export anytime.
Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or our Refund Policy says so. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
Fair use
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, for example through abusive or automated use. Where the problem is serious we may act at once; otherwise we tell you first.
Plan changes
We may add features or raise limits at any time. If a change materially reduces what your plan includes, the Free plan included, we tell you in advance, normally at least 30 days before.
For a paid plan you already have, such a change takes effect at your next renewal. Prices for new subscriptions may change. Your content always stays exportable.
