Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to the ReadNTag service at readntag.com are billed, cancelled and refunded. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. It is operated by Scinova Group LLP (UEN T23LL1363K), a Singapore Limited Liability Partnership ("ReadNTag", "we", "us").

1. Free plan and trial

• The Free plan is, and remains, free — no payment details are required.
• New accounts may receive a time-limited Pro trial (no card required). When a trial ends without

an active paid subscription, the account automatically returns to the Free plan. No charge is made for a trial, so nothing is refundable in respect of it.

2. Billing

• Paid subscriptions ("Pro") are billed in advance for the chosen interval (monthly or yearly)

and renew automatically at the end of each interval until cancelled.

• Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not

store full card details. Applicable taxes may be added.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings (or the customer portal).
• On cancellation, your subscription **remains active until the end of the period you have already

paid for**, and then stops renewing. You keep Pro access for the remainder of that paid period.

• We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a paid period.
• You can export your own data at any time (including on the Free plan) — cancelling does not hold your

data hostage. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds

• Because ReadNTag is a digital service supplied immediately and on a continuous basis, all

payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law (see Section 5) or where we expressly agree to one in writing at our discretion (for example, a confirmed duplicate or erroneous charge).

• Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the renewal date — you will

keep access until the end of the current period.

5. Your statutory rights

• Nothing in this Policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under the law that applies to

you, including the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and, where applicable, consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (such as the EU/UK right of withdrawal). Where such rights apply and cannot be waived, they prevail over this Policy.

• Where digital content is supplied immediately with your consent, certain withdrawal rights may not

apply once supply has begun — but your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed services are unaffected.

6. Billing problems & how to reach us

If you believe you were charged in error, were charged after cancelling, or have any billing question, contact us within a reasonable time at support@readntag.com and we will investigate. Confirmed incorrect or duplicate charges will be refunded.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. Your continued use of a paid subscription after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
